There are 10 wounded in the Artsakh rescue service as a result of the rocket attack on Stepanakert by the Azerbaijani armed forces. This was announced by Armen Narimanyan, head of the information service of the Artsakh Ministry of Emergency Situations, adding that none of them are in life-threatening condition.
“The building of the rescue service in Stepanakert has been partially destroyed, windows shattered, walls collapsed, and vehicles in the garage damaged,” Narimanyan said.
According to preliminary information, strike missiles were fired toward Stepanakert on October 2.
