The State Service of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh reports that on the night of October 16-17, Stepanakert was again targeted by Azerbaijani forces.
During the night, the enemy shelled several central and peripheral streets with various weapons and cluster bombs, causing considerable damage to people’s private property and destroying apartments. It also struck a structure of economic significance.
The total extent of the damage is being determined.
Three civilians were injured in the overnight shelling and were taken to hospital.
