As of July 27, 3 new cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in the Republic of Artsakh. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters, citing data from the country’s Ministry of Health.
Two of the infected are from the city of Stepanakert, having had contact with previously confirmed clusters, and one is from the Ayghestan community of the Askeran region.
Five new recoveries from the coronavirus have been recorded in Artsakh. The health condition of 9 citizens ill with the coronavirus is assessed as severe, and that of 10 as moderate.
In Artsakh, COVID-19 has been diagnosed in a total of 215 people, of whom 153 have overcome the disease. Currently, 61 are receiving treatment, and 128 citizens are in general isolation. To date, 4,774 sample tests have been conducted.
No deaths from the coronavirus have been recorded in Artsakh. One death has been recorded in which the citizen was diagnosed with coronavirus disease, but death occurred due to other causes.
