A plane carrying humanitarian aid has been sent from Artsakh to Lebanon. We learn this from the Facebook page of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
“From the people of Artsakh to Lebanon: another plane departed for Beirut,” is stated alongside the published photographs.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan also made a post about this on his page.
“The aid was sent from the heart of Armenia and from the people of Artsakh. Two planes have already been sent to Lebanon carrying first-necessity humanitarian aid. With this, however, our support for the Republic of Lebanon and the Armenian community does not end,” wrote the Prime Minister, and wished peace to brotherly Lebanon.
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, in turn, announced that the plane carrying humanitarian aid on a special flight “from the people of Artsakh to Lebanon” has arrived in Beirut. The assistance is in the form of food supplies, and the initiative is that of the Government of Artsakh. “And this is not all, because tomorrow I shall convene a working session on this subject, and I shall, of course, inform you of the decisions. On the path to overcoming this heavy trial, Artsakh stands with Lebanon,” wrote Harutyunyan on his Facebook page.
