By the decision of Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armen Grigoryan has been relieved of his post as Secretary of the Security Council. By another decision, Grigoryan has been appointed First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The decisions state: “Guided by Part 1 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ‘On the Formation and Activities of the Security Council,’
Armen Grigoryan is to be relieved of the post of Secretary of the Security Council.”
“Guided by Part 1 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ‘On Public Service,’
Armen Grigoryan is to be appointed First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.”
