In Armenia, as of 11:00 a.m. on 28 May, a total of 8,216 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 3,287 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
At this time, 4,772 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 54,931 tests have been conducted. Thus, there are 442 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 32 recoveries.
Today, 15 deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 113).
The RA Ministry of Health announced that the oldest of the deceased patients was 92 years old, and the youngest was 43.
In total, an additional 44 deaths have been recorded in which patients tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but another illness was the cause of death.
