Representatives of the Armenian community in the United States marched in Washington, commemorating the anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and demanding that President Biden take steps to stop the second genocide of Armenians in Artsakh.
According to Armenpress, as reported by the Armenian National Committee of America, the march participants walked from near the Azerbaijani embassy in the US to near the Turkish embassy, and the march concluded with a rally near the White House.
The rally participants held placards with messages such as “Artsakh is strong,” “Stop the blockade of Artsakh,” “120 thousand peaceful residents are hostages in the hands of Azerbaijan,” “Impose sanctions on genocidal Azerbaijan,” “Aliyev is guilty of war crimes,” and other slogans.
