The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, has signed a decree according to which General Karen Abrahamyan has been relieved of his post as Minister of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh and Commander of the Defense Army.
As reported by the Main Information Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, by another decree signed by President Bako Sahakyan, General Jalal Harutyunyan has been appointed Minister of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh and Commander of the Defense Army, being relieved of his post as First Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh.
