Azerbaijan continued to target Artsakh’s peaceful populated areas on the night of October 12-13, namely Askeran, Martuni and Martakert. This was stated on his Telegram page by Vahram Poghosyan, press spokesperson for the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
“The night was restless in the towns of Askeran, Martuni and Martakert. Azerbaijan continued to bombard Artsakh’s populated areas, violating the ceasefire declared on October 10 for humanitarian purposes. Civilian sites were targeted overnight. An apartment burned in Martakert,” Poghosyan said, adding that there are no casualties or wounded.
