As we have already reported, Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh, is once again being shelled. Announcing this on his Facebook page, Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan adds.
“The authorities of that country are chronic terrorists and criminals, while the international community is chronically blind.
There is no data on casualties as of yet.”
