Bardugh Saribek’s Galstyan
Born on April 28, 1981, in the village of Hnaberd in the Aragatsotn Province, into an intellectual family.
Education
• In 1998, graduated with a gold medal from Hnaberd Secondary School. From 1998 to 2005, studied and graduated from the Food Processing Technology Department of the Armenian Agricultural Academy, earning a qualification as an engineer.
• In 2016, defended his candidate’s thesis on “Improvement of Dietetic Cottage Cheese,” earning the scientific degree of Candidate of Technological Sciences.
• Since 2018, he has been a docent at the Supreme Certifying Committee.
Military Service
• From 1999 to 2001, served in the Artsakh Defense Army.
• In 2016, voluntarily participated in the April Four-Day War.
AWARDED
• The “Combat Service” medal.
Work Experience
• From 2005 to the present, engaged in farming and greenhouse agriculture.
• From 2011 to 2013, worked at the “Tigranakert” Historical-Cultural Reserve, first as a night guard, then as a manager. From 2012, on a concurrent, hourly basis, worked as a lecturer at the Stepanakert branch of the Armenian National Agrarian University.
• In 2017, transferred from the Stepanakert branch of the Armenian National Agrarian University to Shushi University of Technology as a senior lecturer.
• Since 2018, a master’s student in the “Political Governance and Political Analysis” department of the Political Science faculty at the Armenian Academy of Public Administration.
Scientific Activity
• Author of a number of scientific articles and methodological manuals.
Party Affiliation
• In 2015, together with colleagues from the initiative group, founded the Artsakh Ramgavar Azadagan Party, of which he has been chairman to this day. Since 2016, a member of the Central Board of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party worldwide.
Family Status
• Has two children: Saribek and Monte.
