Homeland media report that the body of former NSS Director Georgi Kutoyan has been found in one of the apartments on Paruyr Sevak Street in Yerevan, with a gunshot wound.
Naira Harutyunyan, head of the RA Investigative Committee’s public relations and information department, stated the following while informing about this:
“By order of RA IC Chairman Hayk Grigoryan, the deputy chairman of the RA IC, head of the RA IC Main Investigative Department for Particularly Important Cases (PIC) Artur Melikyan, and deputy head of the Main Investigative Department for Particularly Important Cases (PIC) V. Mesropyan have departed to the scene at this time.
Investigators of the RA IC investigative division for the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts are working at the scene, under the leadership of the head of the investigative division, H. Gevorgyan”:
