The constitutional reform referendum will be held at the end of March or by April 5. This was stated to journalists by Lilit Makunts, the head of the “My Step” faction.
She noted that the date will be finalized once President Armen Sarkissian signs the document.
In response to a question from a SHANTNEWS correspondent as to whether there is confidence that the president will sign the document, Makunts replied:
“Yes, there is that confidence.”
