After an agreement was reached on a humanitarian ceasefire in the United States, which was to take effect at 08:00 on 26 October, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense, before 08:00 had even arrived, hastened to accuse the Armenian side of grossly violating the ceasefire, but removed that information some time later.
Minutes later, Azerbaijan’s MOD issued yet another piece of disinformation, stating that Armenian forces were shelling Azerbaijani positions in the southern direction.
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh declares that the units of the Defense Army strictly adhere to the agreements reached, and the accusations of the enemy side not only have no connection whatsoever with reality, but were made within the framework of preparing an informational ground for its subsequent provocations.
