Dismissals in the Defense Army: Arayik Harutyunyan Signs a Series of Decrees

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has signed a series of decrees. Lieutenant General Mikael Arzumanyan has been relieved of his post as Deputy Commander of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh. Colonel Stepan Kevorkyan has been relieved of his post as Deputy Commander for Moral and Psychological Support of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh.
