In Artsakh’s peaceful settlements, apart from Stepanakert, relative calm was maintained during the night of November 8-9. This was reported by the State Service of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh.
“After midnight, the enemy fired several long-range cluster missiles toward Stepanakert, damaging civilian infrastructure. There are no casualties in the capital.
In the other settlements of Artsakh, the night passed relatively calmly,” the service stated.
