During the night, fighting continued in the southwestern, southeastern and northern directions. Parallel to the military operations, enemy forces continued to target civilian settlements, in particular launching rocket and artillery strikes on the towns of Martuni and Shushi and the village of Karin Tak. This was reported by the Artsakh Defense Army.
Targeted strikes were carried out by Defense Army units against the enemy’s firing positions operating in the aforementioned directions. Enemy forces attempted to advance with approximately 10 units of military equipment in the Avetaranots-Sghnakh section, but, having been hit by army forces and suffering heavy losses, they were pushed back.
In the morning, enemy forces resumed offensive operations, while continuing to shell civilian settlements. The Defense Army maintains full control along the entire length of the front line, monitoring all enemy movements and delivering targeted strikes against it as necessary.
