“Parallel to the military operations, the enemy side continues to destroy peaceful settlements with long-range missiles,” the Artsakh Ministry of Emergency Situations announced, as reported by the Armenian Unified Information Center.
“In Stepanakert, the alarm signal has sounded three times in the past hour.
The enemy is striking non-targeted areas, including residential neighborhoods and public buildings.
There are no casualties. The destruction is extensive,” the statement said.
