Artsakh Republic President’s press spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan stated that Azerbaijan’s nearly disintegrated troop formations, panic-stricken, have lost control of the situation and are firing at each other.
“The wave of morale in the army is increasingly becoming ‘uncontrollable.’ The Defense Army continues to brilliantly carry out the combat mission set before it. The enemy’s nearly disintegrated troop formations, panic-stricken, have lost control of the situation and are firing at each other,” Poghosyan wrote on his Facebook page.
