The constitutional amendments have entered into force. From this moment on, Hrayr Tovmasyan is not the president of the Constitutional Court, and Felix Tokhyan, Hrand Nazaryan and Alvina Gyulumyan are not members or judges of the Constitutional Court. Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan wrote this on his Facebook page.
He wrote, in particular:
“Within two months, three new judges of the Constitutional Court must be elected.
All state bodies of Armenia are obliged to take note of this fact and act accordingly.”
