The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia informs that the Goris-Kapan interstate road sections of Goris-Vorotan and Shurnukh-Karmrakar, which had been closed since 25 August, have been reopened. We learn this from the RA NSS announcement.
“We announce that the Goris-Kapan interstate road is open for the traffic of all types of vehicles and the free movement of citizens,” the announcement states.
