Despite numerous warnings, Azerbaijan’s terrorist army continues to target the peaceful population of Stepanakert, using Polonez and Smerch systems. This was announced by Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan.
“The large military installations permanently stationed in Azerbaijan’s major cities have now become targets of the Defense Army. I call on Azerbaijan’s population to quickly leave those cities to avoid possible losses.
The full responsibility for all of this rests with Azerbaijan’s military-political leadership,” the statement by the Artsakh President read.
