It is already the eighth day that Azerbaijan continues to keep closed the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia. 1,100 citizens, 270 of whom are minors, have no possibility of returning home.
Taking into account the situation created by the blockade of the road, a 24-hour hotline is operating to ensure rapid response communication with citizens.
The hotline can be reached from Artsakh at 119, and from the Republic of Armenia and abroad at +374-47-119-119.
Citizens may call and report the problems that arise as a result of the situation.
