The health condition of former commander of the Defense Army, Hero of Artsakh Jalal Harutyunyan is normal, and he will leave the hospital within 2-3 days. In a conversation with Armenpress, the head of the RA Ministry of Defense’s Department of Information and Public Relations, Kevork Altunyan, said this.
“Jalal Harutyunyan will be discharged from the hospital within 2-3 days and will continue outpatient treatment (scheduled visits – ed.),” Altunyan said.
Jalal Harutyunyan was wounded while at a combat position. He was relieved of the post of Minister of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh on 27 October. The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, conferred the highest title of “Hero of Artsakh” on Lieutenant General Jalal Harutyunyan for his exceptional services rendered to the Republic of Artsakh in the cause of defending the homeland and ensuring security, and for the courage and personal bravery he displayed.
