It is noted that due to the pandemic, changes have been made to the protocol for the acceptance of credentials of ambassadors in the United States, and US President Joe Biden and Armenian Ambassador Lilit Makunts have exchanged messages in writing.
Lilit Makunts was appointed this year, by the decree of President Armen Sarkissian, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United States of America, for a term of four years (residence: Washington).
