Nine days before the second round of the presidential elections in Nagorno-Karabakh, one of the presidential candidates, Masis Mayilyan, called on his Facebook page on Artsakh citizens not to participate in the elections scheduled for April 14, citing the risk of the spread of the “Corona” virus.
The Foreign Minister of Artsakh also stressed that the nationwide elections held on March 31 were far from the electoral developments that the Artsakh public expected under the new conditions, and that he merely takes note of the data published by the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Artsakh after the vote.
