The newly appointed commander of the Defense Army, Lieutenant General Mikael Arzumanyan, has been the scourge of the enemy for years. He is already at the command post and is fully carrying out his duties.
This was stated on his Facebook page by the spokesperson of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Vahram Poghosyan.
It should be noted that the newly appointed Minister of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh, commander of the Defense Army, Mikael Arzumanyan, expressed gratitude to President Arayik Harutyunyan for the high trust placed in him.
Arzumanyan promised to do everything possible to best fulfill the expectations of the people.
