Number of Coronavirus Cases in Artsakh Reaches 6

The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Artsakh has reached 6. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters. “The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh has announced that out of 9 citizens tested yesterday, one has been confirmed to have the coronavirus infection. The number of people infected with the coronavirus in Artsakh has reached 6. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

“The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh has announced that out of 9 citizens tested yesterday, one has been confirmed to have the coronavirus infection. The latter is the wife of the citizen infected in Karvachar, who had been self-isolating until now. After the positive test result, the citizen has been isolated in the Karvachar regional medical unit of the Shahumyan region.

With the second case of infection in Karvachar, the circle of contacts of the individual has been determined; his health condition is assessed as satisfactory. He does not have symptoms characteristic of the coronavirus infection.

In the Kashatagh medical unit, two more citizens from the Mirik community were isolated yesterday, who were among the first circle of contacts of the citizen infected in that community.

At this moment, the number of isolated citizens is 12, including the 4 carriers of the infection.”
