In Armenia, as of 11:00 on 6 July, a total of 28,936 cases of coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 16,302 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
At this moment, 11,984 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for coronavirus disease. In total, 123,815 tests have been conducted.
Thus, we have 330 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease and 162 recoveries.
Seven new deaths from coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 491).
The RA Ministry of Health reported that the deceased patients were aged 72 (female), 64 (male), 71 (male), 72 (male), 87 (male), 78 (male) and 79 (male). All had accompanying chronic diseases.
One more death was recorded in which the patient tested positive for coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 159.
