As of 11:00 on 16 July, a total of 33,559 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 21,931 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
At this time, 10,832 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 141,410 tests have been conducted.
Thus, we have 554 newly confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 583 recoveries.
Fifteen new deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths has reached 607).
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia reported that the deceased patients were women aged 74, 72, 70, 81, 60, 88, 65 and 63, and men aged 84, 86, 74, 83, 88, 87 and 78. All had accompanying chronic diseases.
