The delegation of the OSCE needs assessment mission has visited the town of Jermuk in the Vayots Dzor Province. The information was posted on his Facebook page by the head of the Jermuk community, Vahagn Arsenyan.
“During the meeting held before ascending to the defensive positions (attended by Major General Smbat Grigoryan and senior military officers), they were presented with the situation created after the September 13 Azerbaijani attack, the damage inflicted on civilian infrastructure, as well as the dangers that have arisen following the Azerbaijani aggression (attack) (the previous distance of Azerbaijani troops from the town and their current locations),” the statement said.
The meeting was followed by a factual recording of the presented situation, directly on site.
The delegation visited defensive positions, the Jermuk cable car, as well as various parts of the town, and the information presented regarding the damage sustained was recorded with facts.
