Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan will travel to the United States of America on a working visit on September 21.
According to information conveyed by the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Prime Minister’s Office, Nikol Pashinyan’s visit to the US will begin in Los Angeles. On Sunday, September 22, the Prime Minister will participate in a rally scheduled at Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles, where he will deliver a speech. Nikol Pashinyan will also hold meetings with the leadership of California and Los Angeles, with the heads of the spiritual and secular structures of the Armenian community on the US East Coast, and with representatives of Armenian media outlets. A business forum is planned, in which representatives of local business circles will participate.
From Los Angeles, the Prime Minister will visit San Jose, in Silicon Valley, where he will meet with representatives of high-technology companies, as well as with Armenian specialists.
Afterwards, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will participate in the work of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York and will deliver a speech. A meeting between the Prime Minister of Armenia and UN Secretary-General António Guterres is planned, and a number of bilateral meetings with counterparts from various countries will also take place. In New York, Nikol Pashinyan will meet with representatives of the local Armenian community, will visit an exhibition dedicated to the Velvet Revolution, and Columbia University.
Within the framework of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s visit to the US, the signing of memoranda of cooperation is planned.
