Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, together with his spouse Anna Hakobyan, will pay a working visit to the French Republic on November 11-12 to participate in the second Paris Peace Forum and the 40th General Conference of UNESCO.
As reported by the Prime Minister’s Office’s Department of Information and Public Relations, on the first day of the visit Nikol Pashinyan will attend the official reception given in the name of the President of France in honor of the heads of state and government participating in the second Paris Peace Forum.
On November 12, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia will participate in the opening of the second Paris Peace Forum and in the thematic discussion scheduled within the framework of the event, during which he will deliver a speech. The symbolic presentation of a gift to the library of the Paris Peace Forum by Prime Minister Pashinyan is also planned.
Within the framework of the Paris visit, the Prime Minister of Armenia will also visit the office of the International Organisation of La Francophonie and will have a meeting with the Secretary-General of the OIF, Louise Mushikiwabo.
A visit by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and his spouse to UNESCO headquarters is planned, as well as their participation in the work of the 40th General Conference of UNESCO, where Prime Minister Pashinyan will deliver a speech. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia will also have a meeting with the Director-General of UNESCO, Audrey Azoulay, and will give an interview to UNESCO’s press service.
Within the framework of the visit, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and his spouse will have a meeting with the leaders of the spiritual and secular structures of the Armenian community of France. An official reception will be given in honor of Nikol Pashinyan and Anna Hakobyan, within the framework of which a speech by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia is planned.
