In the southern flank of Artsakh, in areas that have come under Azerbaijan’s control, the searches conducted yesterday yielded no results. No remains of fallen servicemen or civilians were discovered as a result of the operations. This was reported by the State Service of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.
In the second half of the day, in the area adjacent to one of the Martakert military units, soldiers discovered the remains of one fallen serviceman. A forensic examination will determine his identity.
The searches will continue today.
It should be noted that since the ceasefire, a total of 1,486 remains have been discovered to date.
