Russia Halted the Conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh: Putin

Russia’s contribution to the settlement of the conflict around Nagorno-Karabakh was decisive, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was reported by TASS. “With Russia’s decisive contribution, the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh ceased,” he said in a video message addressed to the participants and guests of the IX Moscow Conference on International Security, published on the Kremlin’s website.
