The «Tech week Artsakh 2021» conference has kicked off in Stepanakert, according to a statement released by the Artsakh government.
Artsakh Republic State Minister Artak Beglaryan delivered a welcoming address on July 3 at the opening ceremony of the «Tech week Artsakh 2021» conference held in Stepanakert.
The Artsakh Republic government stated that the State Minister thanked the organizers for accepting his proposal to hold this major technological event in Artsakh.
«In organizing this largest technological event in Artsakh, we had a number of goals, in addition to the main goals of such events. In particular, we aimed to change the post-war mood in Artsakh, to show that life continues, and we are obliged to make efforts towards solving existing problems and the long-term development of the Homeland. The next goal is to change the post-war mood in the Republic of Armenia by promoting visits to Artsakh and practical efforts to support wounded Artsakh. The third goal, of course, is the development of the information technology sector in Artsakh, ensuring favorable conditions for the implementation of appropriate educational and business programs on the ground. Now I am very glad that we have managed to hold this conference, and I thank all the organizers, supporters and participants», said Artak Beglaryan.
«Around 1,500 specialists and interested individuals in the field are participating in the «Tech week Artsakh 2021» conference, of whom more than 400 have arrived from the Republic of Armenia, including representatives of established companies in the field», the statement said.
