A strike from a Smerch system has been delivered against the capital, Stepanakert. There are no casualties. This was reported by the State Service of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh.
Moments earlier, the Artsakh State Service of Emergency Situations had reported that Shushi was being shelled with a Smerch multiple rocket launcher system. Among the civilian population, there is one dead and two wounded.
