The enemy is again shelling the cities of Stepanakert and Shushi. This was written on his Facebook page by Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
“The Defense Army’s response will not be delayed. However, unlike Baku’s terrorist authorities, we are targeting not the civilian population but military installations permanently stationed in major cities.
We again call on the peaceful population living in those cities to immediately leave their homes in order to avoid possible casualties.”
