At 8 in the morning, an air raid alert was declared in Stepanakert. At 08:03, the sound of another rocket strike was heard. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of the Artsakh Republic.
On one of the capital’s peripheral streets, Azerbaijani forces used a “Smerch” type multiple rocket launcher system. One residential house was destroyed, an adjacent structure completely collapsed from the strike, and one car was damaged. The owner of the house and a neighbor were wounded and taken to a medical facility.
