Yesterday, on 30 October, shortly after the meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan and the agreement reached on the unconditional implementation of the ceasefire arrangements, the capital of Artsakh again woke to the sound of enemy rockets. This was reported by the NSS of the Republic of Artsakh.
At 7:08 in the morning, the sound of explosions was heard in the city. At the same moment, the air raid siren was activated.
This time, the central market of Stepanakert was the target of Azerbaijani forces. Part of the public infrastructure was destroyed, causing great material damage to the civilian population.
Following the next explosion, a residential house was destroyed along with all its contents. Nearby apartments were also partially damaged.
According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.
It should be noted that during the night of 30-31 October, a relatively calm situation was generally maintained in the capital and the regions.
