Today the enemy launched its attack earlier in the northern sector and was thrown back, leaving dozens of corpses on the field. This was stated on his Facebook page by Artsrun Hovhannisyan, representative of the RA Ministry of Defense.
Earlier, the Defense Army had reported that throughout the night, Defense Army units had continued reconnaissance and fire-strike operations against the areas where enemy groupings were deployed, thanks to which large quantities of enemy ammunition and manpower were destroyed.
After midnight, enemy forces attempted to launch a new attack in the southeastern direction, which was halted by army units. Enemy forces also made attempts to achieve success in the northern section of the front line, which was likewise halted. Here too, enemy forces suffered serious losses.
The adversary also continued to target civilian settlements.
At present, operations to detect and destroy enemy groupings are continuing.
