The highest leadership of the Republic of Armenia paid tribute to the memory of the heroes of the Battle of Sardarapat.
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, National Assembly President Ararat Mirzoyan and other officials took part in the official ceremony dedicated to Republic Day and the May heroic battles of 1918.
The statesmen laid wreaths at the Sardarapat Memorial Complex.
