The Kremlin is following the situation in Armenia with concern, but considers what is taking place to be the internal affair of a country that is an important and close ally of Russia in the Caucasus.
As reported by Armenpress, citing RIA Novosti, this was stated by Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“We are following the development of events in Armenia with concern. We consider this to be the internal affair of Armenia, our very important and close ally in the Caucasus,” Peskov said.
