Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has answered on his Facebook page several questions that are greatly troubling citizens these days. The subject is the Artsakh war. The Prime Minister wrote.

2. Could we have avoided this war: yes, if we had surrendered the territories and agreed to an ambiguous status for Karabakh, for an indefinite period, in the absence of a mechanism for clarifying the future status:
3. Could we have reached an acceptable or any status for Karabakh through negotiations: no, because the last opportunity for that was exhausted in 2011, in Kazan:
4. Can we stop this war: theoretically yes, with a formula perhaps slightly worse than the option mentioned in point 2:
5. Can the war resolve the question of Karabakh’s status: yes, if we record successes during the war:
6. Can we record successes in the war: yes, if we concentrate the national potential around that goal and all of us sincerely and self-sacrificingly devote ourselves to that goal»:
