RA Ministry of Defense spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page that the adversary struck Stepanakert, the capital of the Republic of Artsakh.
“There are numerous damages to civilian infrastructure in Stepanakert, and wounded. The rescue service has been affected,” he wrote.
