11 citizens participating in the ongoing protests in Yerevan have been taken in today, 2 on suspicion of possessing weapons. This was reported by the RA Police. “9 citizens were taken in for an act provided for by Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offences — failure to comply with a lawful demand of a police officer, and two more persons were taken in on suspicion of possessing weapons,” the Police reported. It should be noted that since 17 April, various opposition forces have announced indefinite protests.
