During the period that Artsakh has been blockaded by Azerbaijan, 26 children — 13 girls and 13 boys — have been born in the medical institutions of the Artsakh Ministry of Health. This was announced by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
It should be recalled that since 12 December, Azerbaijan has closed the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia. Artsakh’s population of 120,000 is under blockade. 1,100 Artsakh residents, 270 of them minors, have no possibility of returning home.
