In Artsakh: Security-Level Meeting Chaired by President Harutyunyan

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, convened a consultation on 20 December with the participation of the heads of the republic’s security structures: Issues related to ensuring the country’s security in the conditions of the new reality created by Azerbaijan’s blockade of Artsakh were discussed. Participating in the consultation were the Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council, Vitaly Balasanyan, and the State Minister, Chief of the Rapid Response (Operational) Staff, Ruben Vardanyan.
