Through the mediation of the Red Cross, 4 foreign citizens with various chronic illnesses have been moved from Artsakh to Armenia, announced Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs of the Armenian delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
As reported by the Red Cross, they had applied to the organization for assistance, requesting to be taken out.
Earlier, the Red Cross had reported that on 24 December, a 4-month-old child was moved from Artsakh to Armenia by vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross, and on the return trip, with the consent of the parties, a certain quantity of medication was to be transported.
