Of the 41 citizens tested in Artsakh the previous day, 37 tested negative for COVID-19, while 4 tested positive, meaning they have been confirmed to have the new “Corona” virus, COVID-19. The Artsakh Information Headquarters reported this on 10 May.
The 4 citizens confirmed to have the new “Corona” virus infection are from the circle of the carrier registered on 7 May in the Nor Verinshen community, from the Nor Brajur community of the Shahumyan region. Of the aforementioned 4 citizens, two were at the hotel designated for isolation in the city of Shushi, while two were self-isolated in the Nor Brajur community.
Let us recall that, according to the decision of the Artsakh Republic government, restrictions on the right of free movement were introduced on 7 May in the Nor Verinshen community and the Chapni village of the Khnaravan community, as well as on 8 May in the Nor Brajur community.
